The work reveals the characteristic aspects of the work of teachers and accompanists of children's art schools, as the first and difficult stage of modern music education. The creative team — student, teacher, accompanist and parent is a single psycho-emotional group. The author of the article draws attention to the education of children and adolescents on classical music, as well as the variety of requirements in modern music education for teachers and accompanists. Knowledge of classical music helps the modern generation to express themselves, develop artistic taste and erudition. The young talented generation is the intellectual wealth of the nation, its creative potential. The work of all teachers, accompanists, all those who work in modern music education should be considered as a concern for the future of our state.
