In modern conditions, the development of the banking sector largely depends on the use of information technology. This article analyzes the current state of remote banking services in Russia. As a result of the study, the main operations performed by customers of credit institutions using electronic technologies were identified, as well as the most popular remote banking services and the leaders of the domestic banking market in terms of digitalization were identified.
