The current state and measures of state support of the low-income categories of Russian citizens

The article defines the place and role of support for low-income strata of the population as part of the state's social policy, identifies economic factors contributing to an increase in the number of low-income categories, and also structured forms of support for the population from the authorities and government of the modern state.
