Current state and prospects for development of regional transport and logistics infrastructure in digitalization

The article assesses the current level of the digitalization process of the regional transport and logistics infrastructure. The analysis is carried out according to the level of the digital logistics market volume, the transport digitalization index, reflecting promising information technologies used in the transport infrastructure. The authors denote the peculiarity of the digital transformation of the transport and logistics infrastructure when different functional sectors use completely different key information technology that leads to their heterogeneous digital develop-ment which radically slows down the processes of implementation of information digital systems. The solution can be the development and implementation of a single digital integrated platform acting as a single information communication integrated space of fundamental technological in-teraction of all participants in transport and logistics services.
