The current state and the development prospects of the training system for state and municipal civil servants

The issues concerning personnel training for different economic branches became especially urgent after the disintegration of the Soviet Union. Since that time there began changes in the system of higher professional education, which have been continuing until today. The special sphere of education is the training of state and municipal civil servants. The article deals with the current situation in this education field and considers the questions of its further development.
