The current state and problems of using automatic dactylographic informational system «Papilon» in the activities of the department of the FDCS of Russia for Krasnoyarsk territory

The article considers the history of formation and development of dactylographic registration in Russian Federation, the present-day system of formation of departmental dactylographic arrays and problems connected with registration and control on registration of dactylographic information.
