The current state of the institution of arbitration in the Russian Federation

This article discusses the reasons for the sharp decline in practice and the subsequent impossibility of the practical application of the institution guaranteed by the norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Constitution of the Russian Federation), the question of the appropriateness of the institution of arbitration assessors in the current legislation and possible ways to solve this problem.
