The importance of dairy cattle breeding in the national economy is determined primarily by the fact that its products are one of the sources of high-calorie food, serves as a source of raw materials for the food industry. One of the most important cattle-breeding products is milk, which takes the first place in the human diet. In the structure of all agricultural products, milk accounts for 17 %. Milk and dairy metproduktsii is still a significant part of the prophetic diet of people and relate to commodities, stable supply which is an important condition to achieve food security.
