Current state of research solution of the problem of ethnic and cultural competence of teachers of physical culture in educational space of Trans-Baikal territory

The higher school educational subsystem of formation of ethnic and cultural competences of teachers of physical culture is designated as a part of vocational educational system, which includes several levels: acquisition of theoretical concepts during the educational process, handling of acquired concepts in research, communicative and mass cultural activities, approbation the technologies of the development of ethnic and cultural competence in different kinds of practices.
