In the article business problems in the sphere of culture and show art are considered. Business is viewed as the activity aimed to earn profit. Competitiveness of goods and services are impossible without market requirements. The aim of competition is to fight for the largest possible profit earning. Development of small business in the field of culture and show art is a very urgent issue, because on the one hand our country is rich in talents, on the other it lacks professional show managers. Under the conditions of reforms offered by the government and aimed to reduce state budget support of culture the problem is of paramount.
