Current state of the enforcement system in the Russian Federation and ways to improve it

Enforcement proceedings in all states, including the Russian Federation, have their own specifics, determined, on the one hand, by the particularities of national legal system, and, on the other hand, by standing law enforcement practice. They are in need of qualitative improvement in the sphere of enforcement of judicial acts on the basis of filling gaps in the legislation on enforcement proceedings, as well as the formation of the institution of private bailiffs.
