Современное состояние проблемы в трансплантации органов у ВИЧ-инфицированных пациентов за рубежом и в Российской Федерации

Работа основана на ретроспективном анализе данных литературы, освещающих тактические подходы, показания и противопоказания, результаты лечения у больных с ВИЧ-инфекцией, которым проводилась трансплантация органов. Проведен анализ наиболее современных публикаций по трансплантации органов у ВИЧ-инфицированных больных в Российской Федерации и за рубежом. Отмечены критерии, при которых наиболее благоприятно проходит трансплантация у ВИЧ-инфицированного пациента. Описаны случаи трансплантации с последующими результатами: донор (ВИЧ-) - реципиент (ВИЧ+), донор (ВИЧ+) - РЕЦИПИЕНТ (ВИЧ+) и донор (ВИЧ+) - РЕЦИПИЕНТ (ВИЧ-). Главная цель обзора - провести анализ современной зарубежной и отечественной литературы в вопросе тактических подходов трансплантации органов у ВИЧ-инфицированных пациентов. Установлено, что в разных странах имеется различный подход к проведению трансплантации органов у ВИЧ-инфицированных больных.
