Current state of the labour market in the Republic of Bashkortostan

The article is devoted to the complex research of the modern labor market in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The main content of the research is the analysis of indicators of the number of unemployed, the structure of unemployed (by gender, age), the level of registered unemployment. It remains a pressing problem of mismatch of demand in the market of employment of its actual proposal. A measure to solve this problem could be the interaction of education with real subjects of economic activity and employment agencies. In conclusion, the conclusion is that the unemployment rate compared with last year increased, and describes the methods to resolve the problem of unemployment in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
