Current state of social infrastructure of rural territories (on the example of the Perm Region)

The relevance of the study is determined by the role and importance of rural development. Of particular relevance in the light of the state strategic directions of development in the economic and social plan is the social infrastructure of the village. The analysis made it possible to determine the significant differences between rural and urban areas. The key elements of rural infrastructure are highlighted, social problems of rural territories of the Perm Territory are identified. The recommendations of organizational and managerial impact on the social infrastructure of the village are given, and the predominant influence of public authorities on the processes occurring in it is indicated.
