The current state of currency regulation in Russia under sanctions

The article discusses the measures of currency regulation in order to ensure the economic security of the Russian Federation in the face of sanctions by the United States, the EU and other "unfriendly" countries in relation to Russia. Economic measures aimed at supporting businesses and citizens. A number of Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation have been adopted, which restrict the export of capital from the country in the amount of more than $10 thousand. The currency of payment for natural gas supplies to the EU and other "unfriendly" countries that have imposed restrictive measures against Russian citizens and Russian legal entities has been changed to the Russian ruble. The article also discusses a set of measures including support to the real sector of the economy, maintaining a balanced budget and implementing retaliatory measures to unfriendly actions of individual countries, measures aimed at calculating legal entities for obligations in rubles.
