The current state of women's crime

The article discusses the causes and conditions affecting women's crime, as well as the factors that give rise to this phenomenon. In addition, the analysis of statistical data of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia is presented. The author pays attention to legislation and a rather complex process in practical implementation - measures to prevent women's crime.
