The contemporary value of the battle of Kulikov

The victory of the Russian regiments in the Kulikovsky battle in September 1380 took place due to not only the unprecedented heroism of the warriors and the skillful military tactics, but also the special organization of the monasteries built by Sergius of Radonezh.
