Modern algorithms for the formation of competencies of personnel of charitable organizations on the example of the Krasnodar territory

The article presents a study of charity as a phenomenon of modern society. The data of the Russian Federation on the dynamics of the development of charitable organizations and the formation of the basic competencies of specialists working in charitable foundations and organizations are presented. The research results of a number of companies for 2019-2022 confirmed that the topics of charity, organizational events for collecting donations, organizing Russian crowdfunding campaigns, holding promotions, etc. They have been in the spotlight of the press, public institutions and the public more than 510 times. The results of the rating of the regions of Russia that are most often leading in the field of charity are presented. The materials for the study were data from statistical websites, reports from charitable foundations and organizations, online sources on the research topic and the most popular job search resources, including in the field of charity. A number of methods were used in the study, such as system-analytical, statistical, organizational-structural, etc. It is extremely important for charity managers to work with people of different ages, taking into account their characteristics, implementing social orders for projects for children, third-age people, people with disabilities, large families, etc. It is concluded that the specialists of the charitable sphere. Of course, they must have psychological knowledge, the ability to communicate with various groups of the population, primarily unprotected segments of the population who have fallen into a difficult life situation, people who have been in a disaster and accidents, etc., also be able to organize a social technology “helpline”, etc.; in addition, important competencies for successful work in Charities are: the ability to work with various foundations; developing concepts for charity events, managing contractors, maintaining a database of benefactors and donors, etc. It was concluded that an important direction at the regional and federal levels is the formation of a reserve of personnel of charitable foundations, taking into account the necessary and relevant competencies. The article considers the required competencies for the personnel of charitable organizations of the Krasnodar Territory for 2020-2023.
