Current aspects of clinicallaboratory diagnosis of vascular-trombocyte hemostasis in pregnant women with gestosis

The study results of functional status of vascularthrombocyte hemostasis system in pregnant women with gestosis depending on period of pathological process arising are given in the paper. We examined 85 pregnant women with gestosis. It was revealed that under early development of gestosis, spontaneous aggregation of thrombocytes did not change reliably, induced aggregation decreased both before and after the delivery period. It is concluded that to estimate pathologic process severity under gestosis and to forecast deliveries course, it is necessary to study vascularthrombocyte hemostasis parameters.
