Contemporary contemporary aspects of neurosogenesis of dissociative disorders

On the basis of an integrated clinical-psychopathological and pathopsychological examination in patients with dissociative disorders, structure of factors of psychic traumatization as well as their subjective significance for the persons examined, influence on clinical manifestations and peculiarities of a personality realization have been identified. It has been found out that formation of dissociative disorders proceeds under influence of intensive chronic factors of psychic traumatization associated with domain of family relations, predominantly of an intimate-personal character, and separation. It has been demonstrated that basis of a neurotic conflict formation consists of combination of level of importance of mental traumatization factor for patient's personality and peculiarities of his/her individual system of values and coping-strategies in conflict situations. The specific nature of this combination determines for person domain of social frustration, level of social-psychological adjustment and peculiarities of interpersonal relations.
