Modern aspects of prevention and treatment of patients with adhesive disease of the personal disease and its complications

The present-day data of domestic and foreign literature on preventive measures and methods of treatment of patients with peritoneal adhesive disease are presented. In connection with the increase in the number of surgical interventions on the abdominal organs and the growing number of complications of adhesive genesis, the surgeons faced the problem of preventing the formation of postoperative adhesions. Most of the currently used methods for the prevention of adhesion and treatment of adhesions of the peritoneum are not effective enough. An etiopathogenetic, individual approach to the methods of prevention of the development and treatment of peritoneal adhesions is needed, which requires a thorough study of the etiopathogenetic processes of the development of peritoneal adhesions, the improvement of existing methods and the development of new complexes of therapeutic, diagnostic and preventive measures aimed at the prevention of adhesions.
