The retro- and prospective аnalysis of clinical data in 2612 patients with obstructive icterus, beningn and tumorous etiology is presented in this article. The main stages of diagnosis and surgical correction techniques cholestatic syndrome: minimally invasive percutaneous transhepatic interventions, bi- tri- and tetrahepaticojejunostomy and pancreatoduodenal resections are reflected. The prevalence trends, structure, underlying causes and complications subhepatic cholestasis are described.
