Modern aspects of development and use of outsourcing in the Russian Federation

This paper presents the state and the main tendencies of development of the market of outsourcing of Russia is considered. The special attention is paid to questions of commensurability of development to the world tendencies and distinctive features peculiar to the Russian Federation. In work the concept - an offshoring which we are considered by us as tactics of competitive advantage to the companies not only on world is defined dekompozirovanny to an autsoring, but also in domestic market, however it is defined that broad use of this tool is destructive for the domestic labor market. Studying of the theory and practice of a question has allowed authors to draw conclusions that in Russia services of outsourcing are most demanded large to the companies with transparent and completely legal business, and also the foreign companies which are present at the Russian market. As an obstacle to development of outsourcing in a segment of small and medium business the essential share of the shadow capital acts, however recent trends allow to speak about expansion of transparent business, including due to the carried-out legislative changes and development of the market of investments. It is also defined that the negative image influencing development of the market in Russia is the economic situation which isn't disposing to outsourcing in combination with the general immaturity of the Russian market. Thus, from the point of view of authors, development of outsourcing for the enterprises of the Russian Federation is the actual task allowing to use the strategic and tactical effective instrument of increase of competitiveness.
