Modern aspects of work motivation of population

The article examines the characteristics of work motivation of population, on the basis of sociological data. The comparative analysis of different motivational aspects of labour activity has been performed, the interconnection with the work and daily life satisfaction has been revealed. The main motives and incentives of a Russian employee have been identified in the case of the Vologda Oblast population.
