Modern digital technologies of service’ passengers in the airport industry

The relevance of the presented research based on the analysis of digital technologies used at the airports, both in Russia and abroad. Digital technologies are considered an important part of the transport functioning and tourism infrastructure, providing high airport capacity and information services for passengers. The purpose of this article is to develop mechanisms aimed at improving the quality of passenger service in the airport industry by creating the integrated digital service model and planning further prospects for the terminals’ development. A comparative analysis of the applied digital technologies for an airport service is provided in the article. Analyzing statistical data, the author underlines the growth of passenger traffi c. The key features of the usage of digital technologies at the airport was identifi ed by the focus group, as well as some barriers using of digital innovations in the airport industry. A model of improving the quality of passenger service has been developed, ensuring the integration of digital innovations into the airport with the project of «ICС Airport». A management strategy for modernizing the airport infrastructure, affecting such measures as the development of digital technologies production, introduction biometrics for the passenger’s safety, installation the national software with reliable protection against hacker attacks, blocking, theft of personal data, development of an artifi cial intelligence system is proposed. The proposed strategies goal is to improve an airport capacity, speed and the quality service for passengers.
