Modern physical culture and recreation technologies and their application in physical education of students in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

This article examines the issues of research on modern physical culture and wellness technologies and the possibilities of their integration into the system of physical education of students of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In the course of the research, the essence and classification of physical culture and wellness technologies are analyzed, the specifics of physical training in departmental universities are considered, taking into account the professional and applied orientation. Special attention is paid to the contradictions of the traditional system of physical education, focused mainly on normative indicators, and the needs for an individual approach to improving the health of cadets. Based on the analysis, practical recommendations have been developed for the gradual introduction of modern physical education and wellness technologies into the educational process, including: differentiated diagnostics, organization of elective classes using specialized equipment, implementation of restorative practices and digital physical condition monitoring systems.
