Global digitalization has created favorable conditions for effective cooperation of participants in social relations. This contributes to rapid changes in the content of social relations, some areas of which are not regulated by law. The Genesis of social relations provokes new forms of criminal behavior and socially dangerous acts that may be statutory banned .
