The article presents information about modern forms of service at the enterprises of the restaurant industry of the city of Sevastopol. The features of each form of service are indicated. It is revealed that at the enterprises of the restaurant economy there are such modern forms of service as: self-service through vending machines, self-service in the form of a buffet, partial self-service, service by two waiters, service by teams, service by bartenders at the bar, service with show elements, catering, taking orders over the Internet. Each form of service reflects the specifics of the enterprise where it is used. The use of modern forms of service helps to attract more visitors.
