Modern and pre-revolutionary aspects of legislation on state procurement in Russia: comparative analysis

On the basis of archival materials and statistical data, the historical and modern experience of the application of procurement legislation in Russia is presented. The history of the formation and development of procurement legislation in the pre-revolutionary period is described. This contributes to the actualization of problematic issues in the implementation of procurement activities to meet state and municipal needs in modern conditions.
