Modern instruments of effective management in small business

The article considers the main instruments of business processes efficiency increase in small business. The authors place the main emphasis on the modern information technologies capable to optimize business management. The offered solutions are available for introduction into any small company and do not demand considerable investments. Except for a review material the article presents an analysis of each system from the point of view of complexity, cost of implementation and the expected results. The authors give a calculation of cost of implementation and possession of one of the newest technologies in small business: cloudy SIP PBX. The article considers the main objectives of each system and presents recommendations for their implementation.
