Modern financial incentive tools in domestic IT companies

The article considers new methods of material incentives for the country: options and internal entrepreneurship. The arguments supporting the expediency of introducing the described methods into the company's incentive system are considered: the benefit of using options for small companies is emphasized, examples of successful use of internal entrepreneurship programs by the largest companies of the Russian Federation are given. For each method we analyze the frequency of its use by companies on the basis of data from the HeadHunter website, as well as statistics from open sources.
