Modern energy problems: international and national level

To study energy problems at international and national levels, analyzed the general characteristics of world energy problems, including those arising on the background of the pandemic COVID-19, and also considered the general characteristics of national energy of the Russian Federation on the example of the existing general and specific problems of the industry and the ways of their solution. The article highlights the problems and risk factors affecting specific energy industries of the Russian Federation. The implementation of the obtained results of the study in practice will allow to overcome the existing problems in the context of the projected changes in the world economy.
