Modern mechanisms of management of housing and communal services of the municipality

A bstract. This research article examines modern methods of housing and communal services management at the municipal level. The main attention is paid to the typology of management mechanisms and the peculiarities of the development of housing and communal services in the conditions of market mechanisms. The importance of modern technologies, taking into account the interests of citizens and partnerships between municipalities and private companies to achieve more effective and sustainable management of housing and communal services in municipalities is emphasized.
