Modern methods of diagnostics in the estimation of the course of inflammatory and dystrophic diseases of eyes

On the basis of monitoring conducted on patients with toxoplasmic uveitis and age related macular degeneration (AMD), proceeding in the form of soft drusen, makes a qualitative and quantitative estimation of ultrastructural changes of a retina, against conservative treatment of the chorioretinitis and carrying out of subthreshold laser coagulation of drusen. Complications and features relapsing courses of the toxoplasmic chorioretinitis and characteristics of the soft drusen resorption are revealed at AMD using of a method of an optical coherent tomography. Features of change of local haemodynamics during inflammatory and dystrophic diseases of eyes using of ultrasonic dopplerography are investigated.
