In the article, the author examines one of the most important issues in the modern period of improving the personnel policy of the Russian Federation - staff loyalty, its concept, meaning in personnel management, modern problems and methods of formation and improvement in the practical activities of domestic enterprises and organizations, including the improvement of working conditions, the use of various mechanisms of employee motivation, the creation of conditions in which employees they will take part in the development and adoption of important decisions for the organization and some other ways.
