Social and labor conflicts are an integral part of any business process, therefore, there is a need for a detailed study of the cause-and-effect relationships of the formation of conflicts in an organization, ways to resolve and work with the consequences. The basis for effective conflict management is the development of a mechanism for preventing conflict situations in the early stages, as well as the elimination of conflicts that have already arisen. The article discusses the negative consequences of social and labor conflicts for the organization, as well as analyzes the methods of conflict management, and evaluates their effectiveness.
