Modern migration processes in the Russian Federation, their regulatory legal regulation

The growing social significance of migration processes in the modern world, the presence of the need to improve the efficiency of regulation of migration processes, the solution of the problems existing at the state and regional levels in the field of migration, the need for effective and conflict-free adaptation of migrants to the Russian society, is a condition for strengthening democracy and respecting human rights with on the one hand, and strengthening the country's national security on the other. Thus, the relevance of the article is due to the social and economic significance of the problem under consideration both for Russia as a whole and for individual regions of the country. The article provides a characteristic of the modern migration processes taking place in Russia; discloses the issues of their legal regulation; the significance of the program for filling certain territories due to the migration inflow of the population has been determined.
