In order to maintain leadership positions and monitor customer preferences, an entrepreneurial entity needs to constantly make changes in its activities. To justify each change, to introduce new products means to manage the project activities of the enterprise. A feature of the implementation of construction projects is very often a violation of the deadlines and the list of construction works, deviation from the approved estimated cost, non-compliance with the quality of the work performed. Therefore, the development of a construction project management model is an urgent problem. However, the efficiency of the construction business largely depends on the speed of access to information arrays and the ability to process and analyze data. Therefore, the introduction of a comprehensive information system will increase the productivity of employees and the overall economic efficiency of business activities. The integrated project management process requires the interaction of many processes of the economic activity of the enterprise. A common information base, within the framework of an integrated approach, will allow all participants of the construction project to interact.
