Modern trends in the formation of personnel policy in the enterprise

The important problem for businesses associated with the formation of an adequate economic and social situations of the personnel policy is discussed. Analyzing the existing personnel policy in specific organizations the grouping on two grounds was implemented: the level of awareness of rules and norms underlying human activities; the degree of openness of the company in relation to the external environment during the formation of personnel structure, as well as its focus on external and internal sources of recruitment. The article presents the results of the research experience and peculiarities of formation of personnel policy of modern enterprises based on certain criteria; a typology of HR activities. Besides the basic stages of formation of personnel policy of the enterprise is underlined. The elements of an effective personnel policy, which should be used in the development and implementation of a modern HR policy of domestic enterprises are proved. These elements include: the existence of close links between HR policy and strategy of the enterprise’s development the flexibility of the personnel policy to reflect changes in the external and internal environment of the enterprise; the economic feasibility of the personnel policy with regard to financial and strategic conditions of enterprise functioning; orientation of personnel policy on (at) the of adequate provision of individual approach to its employees.
