Modern directions of the system of decriminalization of land relations of agrarian organizations

The article deals with the issues of land withdrawal from the control of owners and raiding attacks. The beneficiaries and raiders in the agro-industrial complex were determined. There are signs of raider seizure of agricultural lands for changing target use and for changing the beneficiary in Russia. The example shows real schemes of ownership of the organizations of the agroindustrial complex, the withdrawal of farmland from the production sector and the change of the beneficiary. Measures have been proposed to reduce the corruption component in the agro-industrial complex organizations.
