Современные подходы к хирургическому и малоинвазивному лечению пациентов с доброкачественной гиперплазией предстательной железы

Аденома предстательной железы является одним из наиболее распространённых урологических заболеваний среди лиц мужского пола. Процент страдающих ДГПЖ возрастает прямо пропорционально возрасту пациентов. Несмотря на высокую изученность этиологии, патогенеза и проявлений данного заболевания, не всегда удаётся достигнуть нужного эффекта с использованием консервативной терапии. Учитывая немолодой возраст большинства пациентов, обращающихся с данной проблемой, наличие ряда сопутствующих заболеваний, при наличии технической возможности приоритет отдаётся наименее травматичным оперативным вмешательствам. В обзоре литературы работе анализируются существующие подходы к хирургическому и малоинвазивному лечению пациентов с доброкачественной гиперплазией предстательной железы.
