Contemporary approaches to treatment of excessive body mass and obesity

The article deals with the complex approach in the treatment of excessive weight and obesity. Classification of various types of excessive body weight employing psychotherapy and dietetics with great concern of inadequate eating behavior has been found to be effective resulting in eating behavior modification and weight loss in obese patients.
