In the current epidemiological situation, employers are acutely faced with the question of transferring employees to a remote work mode and, accordingly, about remuneration. This article highlights changes, proposals, as well as various nuances of employee benefits in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The article discusses how to calculate wages according to the norms of the law, which will help protect employers from possible negative consequences.
