Some aspects of the use of the polygraph in the investigation of crimes and offenses related to the trafficking of doping in the field of physical culture and sports

In Russia the state policy in the sphere of counteraction to application of doping means and methods is directed, first of all, on prevention of offenses in the sphere of physical culture and sports, including illegal use of doping substances. The article proposes to consider the legal aspects of the use of polygraph in the investigation of crimes of offenses related to illegal trafficking of doping agents as one of the main preventive measures in the fight against doping.
