Modern approaches to planning of the motivation and stimulation of personnel

In this article the approaches connected with planning motivation and stimulation of work of the personnel are considered: material and non-material ways of stimulation of work, and also a new way of payment - grading. Also the forecast of labor productivity in Russia according to the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation is presented.
