Modern approaches to the concept of "cultural technologies"

The article is devoted to the current problem of the implementation of cultural technologies in socio-cultural activities. Various approaches to the concept of «cultural technologies» are highlighted. The authors propose a new model for the use of cultural technologies in the activities of a modern municipal organization.
