The article analyzes modern requirements for the construction of a personnel management system in a commercial organization, which is an extremely important aspect of the normal functioning of any organization and a necessary condition for its commercial success in a competitive market. The main task of the personnel management system is to competently regulate the processes and procedures of interaction between management personnel and employees of the organization in order to continuously improve the daily activities of the organization and increase its commercial efficiency. The article analyzes the main objectives of the modern personnel management system, identifies the functional elements of this system, each of which is disclosed in detail, and presents methods that increase the effectiveness of the personnel management system in a commercial organization.
