Modern approaches to employability problem in the Republic of Mordovia

It analyses the labour market in the Republic of Mordovia in the context of a similar problem in Russia and abroad. It suggests new approaches to the regulation of national labour markets and employment sectors in the global economy. It draws conclusions on the improvement of state policies to address the problem of employment for the effective use of labour potential.
