The article is devoted to the consideration of the features of the organization of conditions for children with disabilities in inclusive education. Education is a process of accumulation of knowledge, skills and abilities, and also acts as an integral part of the socio-psychological adaptation and integration of children with disabilities into society. The education system is characterized by the desire for openness, uniformity and continuity. Modern realities make it necessary to form new forms of thinking and organization of the educational process, taking into account the learning potential of each student with disabilities. Inclusive education is an effective form of establishing optimal interactions between children with disabilities and the society surrounding them, since co-education improves the quality of communication of such children with their peers and teachers. The main components of the successful inclusion of children with disabilities in the educational process are identified: the curriculum / program, the training of teaching staff, the management of the educational institution, the nature of interaction with parents. The author comes to the conclusion that the inclusion of children with disabilities in the educational process of the inclusive paradigm will be effective only with the synergistic effect of the selected components.
