Modern approaches to strategic HR management in organisation

The article is devoted to research of role of strategic personnel management as paradigms of enterprise development. Essence and value of strategy management category of enterprise are reasonable as a major subsystem of general management strategy of enterprise, existing as a longterm program of certain actions on conception realization as for using and development of personnel potential in organization with the aim of providing of its strategic competitive edge. The author determines the basic strategic stages and strategic directions of personnel management in enterprise.
